Common use of IN MIND CLOUD Clause in Contracts

IN MIND CLOUD. grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sub licensable right of use of In Mind Cloud Services for the envisaged purpose and subject to the restriction of use to the Defined Users.
