In place of 5. 1 – Hours - The Department retains the right to continue working split shifts. Regular work hours are 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Hours worked over 40 hours per week shall be paid one and one-half (1½) times the base hourly rate. There shall be the flexibility to request employees work additional hours, change hours assigned, and add or delete hours with reasonable notice. Employee may be assigned to work any day, even their normal days off during the seven (7) day workweek of Wednesday through Tuesday.
