In Section I the employee and the Employees Department Head or Immediate Supervisor shall independently rate the employee’s performance in each of the performance dimensions. Consider each performance dimension separately and do not allow your rating on one dimension to influence your judgment on others. For each, provide specific examples or critical incidents of performance to explain and support your ratings.

In Section I. E of Schedule 2 to the Original Financing Agreement, a new Paragraph 6 is added in terms strictly identical to Section I.D.2 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and a new paragraph 7 is added in terms strictly identical to Section I.D.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
