Common use of IN SERIES Clause in Contracts

IN SERIES. The aggregate principal amount of Securities which may be authenticated and delivered under this Indenture is unlimited. The Securities may be issued in one or more series. Subject to the last paragraph of this Section, prior to the authentication and delivery of Securities of any series there shall be established by specification in or pursuant to a supplemental indenture or in a Board Resolution of the Company or in or pursuant to an Officer's Certificate of the Company (which need not comply with Section 105) or in a Company Order pursuant to a supplemental indenture, a Board Resolution or an Officer's Certificate:
