During the term of this Agreement, you agree not to directly or indirectly, for a fee or charge, in the United States or Canada, prepare or electronically file income tax returns, or offer Financial Products, except in your capacity as a Liberty Tax Service franchisee using the Liberty Tax Service system to offer such products and services.
