In the Event of a Sole Member. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, at any time at which there is only a single Member of the Company, any provision herein that requires a Member to make a delivery to, or to obtain the consent of, the other Members of the Company shall be disregarded until such time as an additional Person is admitted as a Member of the Company.
