Inability to pay fees. 21.2.1 The School may at any time cancel this contract forthwith by notice in writing (without prejudice to any of its other remedies) if you (or either of you): (i) are unable, following our reasonable request, to demonstrate that you will be able to pay the fees and supplemental charges as they fall due under this contract (ii) are otherwise unable to pay your debts as they fall due (iii) are the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order or (iv) enter into an individual voluntary arrangement.
