Inability to Verify Redemption Proceeds. For settlement outside of NSCC, in the event that a Fund cannot verify redemption proceeds, Fund Company agrees to settle trades and forward redemption proceeds in accordance with these Operating Procedures based on information provided by Schwab. Schwab will be responsible for the accuracy of all trade information provided by it.
