Common use of Inaccurate Information in the Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Inaccurate Information in the Evaluation. Any inaccurate information in the evaluation will be reviewed by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Vice President for Workforce Development/CTE, or Vice President for Student Affairs upon written request of the Faculty member. Such information will be removed if it is determined to be inaccurate by the Vice President.
