Inadequate Funds. If the funds of the Corporation legally available for redemption of Pari Passu Preferred pursuant to Section 6(b)(Viii) are insufficient to redeem all shares of Pari Passu Preferred, the provisions of Sections 5(b) and (c) shall apply to the same extent as if such provisions were set forth in their entirety in this Section 6(b)(iv).
Inadequate Funds. In the event that Funds adequate to allow payment of one or more Claims shall not be made available by the Plan at the time payment is due, CONTRACTOR shall have no responsibility to make any payment with regard to such Claims unless and until sufficient funds are made available.
