Common use of Inbound Licenses Clause in Contracts

Inbound Licenses. Except as disclosed on the Schedule or as disclosed pursuant to Section 6.9, Borrower is not a party to, nor is bound by, any material license or other material agreement important for the conduct of Borrower’s business that prohibits or otherwise restricts Borrower from granting a security interest in Borrower’s interest in such license or agreement or any other property important for the conduct of Borrower’s business, other than this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.

Inbound Licenses. Except as disclosed on the Schedule Schedule, disclosed in accordance with Section 6.9 or as disclosed permitted pursuant to Section 6.97.5, Borrower is not a party to, nor is bound by, any material license or other material similar agreement important for the conduct of Borrower’s business that prohibits or otherwise restricts Borrower from granting a security interest in Borrower’s interest in such license or agreement or any other property important for the conduct of Borrower’s business, other than this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.

Inbound Licenses. Except as disclosed on the Schedule or as disclosed pursuant to Section 6.9Schedule, and except for non-customized, “off-the-shelf” licenses, Borrower is not a party to, nor is bound by, any material license or other material agreement important for the conduct of Borrower’s business that prohibits or otherwise restricts Borrower from granting a security interest in Borrower’s interest in such license or agreement or any other property important for the conduct of Borrower’s business, other than this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.

Inbound Licenses. Except as disclosed on the Schedule or as disclosed pursuant following notification to Bank in compliance with Section 6.96.8 hereof, Borrower is not a party to, nor is bound by, any material license or other material agreement important for the conduct of Borrower’s business that prohibits or otherwise restricts Borrower from granting a security interest in Borrower’s interest in such license or agreement or any other property important for the conduct of Borrower’s business, other than this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.

Except as disclosed on the Schedule or as disclosed pursuant subject to updates provided in accordance with Section 6.97.2, Borrower is not a party to, nor is bound by, any material inbound license or other material agreement important for the conduct of Borrower’s business that prohibits or otherwise restricts Borrower from granting a security interest in Borrower’s interest in such license or agreement or any other property important for the conduct of Borrower’s business, other than this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.

Except as disclosed on the Schedule or as disclosed pursuant to Section 6.9Schedule, Borrower is not a party to, nor is bound by, any material inbound license or other similar material agreement important for the conduct of Borrower’s business that prohibits or otherwise restricts Borrower from granting a security interest in Borrower’s interest in such license or agreement or any other property important for the conduct of Borrower’s business, business other than this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.

Except as disclosed on the Schedule or as disclosed in writing to Bank pursuant to Section 6.96.7, Borrower is not a party to, nor is bound by, any material license or other material agreement important for the conduct of Borrower’s business that prohibits or otherwise restricts Borrower from granting a security interest in Borrower’s interest in such license or agreement or any other property important for the conduct of Borrower’s business, other than this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.

Inbound Licenses. Except as disclosed on the Schedule or as disclosed pursuant to Section 6.9Schedule, no Borrower is not a party to, nor is bound by, any material license or other material similar agreement important for the conduct of Borrower’s business that prohibits or otherwise restricts such Borrower from granting a security interest in such Borrower’s interest in such license or other similar agreement or any other property important for the conduct of such Borrower’s business, other than this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.

Except as disclosed on the Schedule or as disclosed to Bank pursuant to Section 6.9, Borrower is not a party to, nor is bound by, any material license or other similar agreement material agreement important for to the conduct of Borrower’s business that prohibits or otherwise restricts Borrower from granting a security interest in Borrower’s interest in such license or agreement or any other property important for the conduct of Borrower’s business, other than this Agreement or the other Loan DocumentsDocuments or commercial off-the-shelf software.

Except as disclosed on the Schedule or as disclosed and except for changes for which notice has been given to Bank pursuant to Section 6.96.8, Borrower is not a party to, nor is bound by, any material license or other material similar agreement important for the conduct of Borrower’s business that prohibits or otherwise restricts Borrower from granting a security interest in Borrower’s interest in such license or agreement or any other property important for the conduct of Borrower’s business, other than this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.

Except as disclosed on the Schedule or as disclosed pursuant to permitted under Section 6.96.8, Borrower is not a party to, nor is bound by, any material license or other material agreement important for the conduct of Borrower’s business that prohibits or otherwise restricts Borrower from granting a security interest in Borrower’s interest in such license or agreement or any other property important for the conduct of Borrower’s business, other than this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.

Inbound Licenses. Except as disclosed on the Schedule or as disclosed pursuant to Section 6.9Schedule, Borrower is not a party to, nor is bound by, any material license or other material agreement important for the conduct of Borrower’s business that prohibits or otherwise restricts in a manner enforceable under applicable law, Borrower from granting a security interest in Borrower’s interest in such license or agreement or any other property important for the conduct of Borrower’s business, business other than this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.

Inbound Licenses. Except as disclosed on the Schedule or as disclosed pursuant to in accordance with Section 6.96.8 hereof, Borrower is not a party to, nor is bound by, any material license or other material agreement important for the conduct of Borrower’s business that prohibits or otherwise restricts Borrower from granting a security interest in Borrower’s interest in such license or agreement or any other property important for the conduct of Borrower’s business, other than this Agreement or the other Loan Documents.
