Common use of Incentive Bonus Plans Clause in Contracts

Incentive Bonus Plans. During the term of his employment under this Agreement, the Employee will be eligible to participate in all bonus and incentive plans established by the Board including, without limitation, the Company’s 2003 Management Bonus Plan.

Incentive Bonus Plans. During the term of his employment under this Agreement, the Employee will be eligible to participate in all bonus and incentive plans established by the Board including, without limitation, the Company’s 2003 's 1999 Management Bonus PlanPlan (which will be first paid during the year 2000). Said plan as it relates to Employee shall provide the ability to earn an annual bonus of at least 30% of Base Salary if specific goals and objectives adopted by the Board are achieved.
