During the Term of Employment, Genuity will provide you with the opportunity to earn an annual bonus in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Genuity Executive Incentive Plan or any successor plan ("EIP") and long-term incentive opportunities in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Genuity Long-Term Incentive Plan or any successor plan ("LTIP"), in each case at a level commensurate with the opportunity offered to other similarly situated senior executives of Genuity. Fringe Benefits - You will be eligible for perquisites and fringe benefits available to similarly situated senior executives of Genuity consistent with company policy or as approved by the Board.
