Common use of Incentive Plan and Bonus Compensation Clause in Contracts

Incentive Plan and Bonus Compensation. Any amounts awarded to Executive but unpaid under any Senior Management Incentive Plan or as bonus compensation under Section 3.2 of this Agreement shall be paid by Company to Executive (or his estate) within twelve (12) full calendar months of the applicable Termination Date or as otherwise specified in such Senior Management Incentive Plan or award of bonus compensation.
