Common use of INCIDENT CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

INCIDENT CONDITIONS. (i) The following conditions apply in circumstances where an incident is declared and approved by the relevant Regional Manager until such time as the declaration of the incident is lifted: (a) Flextime will be suspended at the time of the incident being declared for those employees involved in the incident; and (b) Adjustments to hours will be carried forward to the next settlement period.
