Common use of Incidental Services at the Stores Clause in Contracts

Incidental Services at the Stores. OPERATOR shall be permitted to have a change attendant at any or all of the Licensed Premises within the Stores during all hours that each respective Store is open to the public. LICENSOR agrees that OPERATOR’s on-site employees at the Stores shall be permitted to use the restrooms and break-room areas available on the premises of each relevant Store in the same fashion as such facilities are available for use by LICENSOR’s employees.
