Common use of Incidental Usage Clause in Contracts

Incidental Usage. A) Employees who are authorized on an incidental basis to use a private vehicle shall be paid an allowance as follows: 1. Car – subject to a minimum allowance of five dollars ($5.00) per day, one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour to a maximum of six dollars ($6.00) per day or 45.52¢/km (effective October 1, 2019) whichever is greater.
