INCIDENTS / ACCIDENTS. Incidents and accidents must be reported and investigated. All incidents must also be reported to the Employer within 4 hours. • First aid must be made available by the Contractor. The availability of the Contractor’s own first aid or environmental response does not relieve the Contractor of his obligation to report and investigate the incident.
