A Collocated CLEC shall also provide a copy of the Additional Insured endorsement to AT&T-22STATE. The Additional Insured endorsement may either be specific to AT&T-22STATE or may be “blanket” or “automatic” addressing any person or entity as required by contract. A copy of the Additional Insured endorsement must be provided within sixty (60) calendar days of execution of this Agreement and within thirty (30) calendar days of each Commercial General Liability policy renewal; include a waiver of subrogation in favor of AT&T-22STATE, its Affiliates, and their directors, officers and employees; and
