Common use of Included Actions Clause in Contracts

Included Actions. The Grantee shall be deemed to have taken any action which is prohibited by this Schedule A and to be in violation of this Schedule A if the Grantee takes such action directly or indirectly, or if it is taken by any person or entity with whom the Grantee is associated as an employee, independent contractor, consultant, agent, partner, member, proprietor, owner, stockholder, officer, director, or trustee, or by any person or entity directly or indirectly controlled by, controlling or under common control with the Grantee.
