Includes independent contractors, etc. The provisions of this Act also shall apply to all contracts entered into by or on behalf of all independent contractors, subcontractors, and any and all other persons, association or corporations, providing for or relating to the doing of any of the said work or the performance of any of the said services, or any part thereof.
