Inclusion of Construction Jobs Policy in Project PLAs. The Village may enter into a Project PLA only if the Project PLA incorporates the Construction Jobs Policy, facilitates the achievement of the goals of the Construction Jobs Policy and enables the Project to be developed in an economically viable manner.
