Inclusive Disciplinary Action. The steps outlined below are guidelines that will normally be followed. The actual determination of which step of the process is appropriate will be made by the appropriate administrator after considering all the facts related to the incident. Disciplinary action may begin at any step within this process, up to and including termination, depending upon the severity of the cause for discipline.
