Thereafter, for each new tenant, Project Owner shall ensure compliance with average AMI for the Restricted Units based on the last available information for tenants in the Restricted Units and the new tenant (that is, Project Owner need not obtain new certificates from all tenants in Restricted Units each time a new tenant moves into the Project).
