Initial Occupancy definition

Initial Occupancy means when a new tenant occupies a Unit regardless of whether it was previously rented;
Initial Occupancy means:
Initial Occupancy means the first night a person pays for the use or possession of or for the right to the use or possession of a room or space at the Headquarters Hotel or, the hotel constructed by the Company under Section 4(a) of the Lease, whichever occurs first.

More Definitions of Initial Occupancy

Initial Occupancy means for the purposes of the Program, after the Project is Placed into Service, at least ninety percent (90%) of the Development is occupied within 12 months of the Project Completion date.
