Income Restrictions for Tenants of Low‐Income Units a) At least # Low‐Income Residential Rental Units, comprising # [#]‐bedroom units and # [#]‐bedroom units in the Project, shall be occupied (or treated as occupied as provided herein) by individuals or families whose income is 40% or less of the area median gross income as determined in accordance with the Code (said tenants to be referred to herein, collectively, as ʺ40% AMGI low‐income tenantsʺ).
