Occupied by a tenant means that the property is the principal residence of a tenant.

  • Occupied means occupation for the purposes permitted by the Planning Permission but not including occupation by personnel engaged in construction, fitting out or decoration or occupation for marketing or display or occupation in relation to security operations

  • Sublease means a lease of goods the right to possession and use of which was acquired by the lessor as a lessee under an existing lease.
