INCOME RESTRICTIONS. The Funding Recipient agrees that any refunds, rebates, credits, or other amounts (including any interest thereon) accruing to or received by the Funding Recipient under this Agreement shall be paid by the Funding Recipient to the State, to the extent that they are properly allocable to costs for which the Funding Recipient has been reimbursed by the State under this Agreement. The Funding Recipient shall also include in each of its contracts for work under this Agreement a provision that incorporates the requirements stated within this Paragraph.
