Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.) 1.2. The CONTRACTOR must notify the COUNTY in advance and in writing of any location changes to CONTRACTOR’s data center(s) that will process or store County data.
Changes in Locations, Name, etc The Borrower shall not (i) change the location of its chief executive office/chief place of business from that specified in Section 6 hereof or (ii) change its name, identity or corporate structure (or the equivalent) or change the location where it maintains its records with respect to the Collateral unless it shall have given the Lender at least 30 days prior written notice thereof and shall have delivered to the Lender all Uniform Commercial Code financing statements and amendments thereto as the Lender shall request and taken all other actions deemed necessary by the Lender to continue its perfected status in the Collateral with the same or better priority.
Additional Accounting Services Ultimus shall also perform the following additional accounting services for each Portfolio: (i) Provide monthly (or as frequently as may reasonably be requested by the Trust or a Portfolio's investment adviser) a set of financial statements for each Portfolio as described below, upon request of the Trust: Statement of Assets and Liabilities Statement of Operations Statement of Changes in Net Assets Security Purchases and Sales Journals Portfolio Holdings Reports (ii) Provide accounting information for the following: (A) federal and state income tax returns and federal excise tax returns; (B) the Trust's semi-annual reports with the SEC on Form N-SAR; (C) the Trust's annual, semi-annual and quarterly (if any) shareholder reports; (D) registration statements on Form N-1A and other filings relating to the registration of shares; (E) Ultimus' monitoring of the Trust's status as a regulated investment company under Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended; (F) annual audit by the Trust's auditors; and (G) examinations performed by the SEC.
FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-‐xxxxxx-‐icann-‐registry-‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate. Unless set forth in this Specification 3, any reference to a specific time refers to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Monthly reports shall consist of data that reflects the state of the registry at the end of the month (UTC).

Instructions for Operators This agreement is intended to be provided to an Operator from a LEA. The Operator should fully read the agreement and is requested to complete the below areas of the agreement. Once the Operator accepts the terms of the agreement, the Operator should wet sign the agreement and return it to the LEA. Once the LEA signs the agreement, the LEA should provide a signed copy of the agreement to the Operator. Investment Description; Appointment The Fund desires to employ the capital of the Fund by investing and reinvesting in investments of the kind and in accordance with the limitations specified in its Articles of Incorporation, as may be amended from time to time, and in the Fund's Prospectus(es) and Statement(s) of Additional Information as from time to time in effect (the "Prospectus" and "SAI," respectively), and in such manner and to such extent as may from time to time be approved by the Board of Directors of the Fund. Copies of the Fund's Prospectus and SAI have been or will be submitted to the Adviser. The Fund desires to employ and hereby appoints the Adviser to act as investment adviser to the Fund. The Adviser accepts the appointment and agrees to furnish the services for the compensation set forth below.
Additional Acceptable Uses of Student Data Contractor is prohibited from using Student Data for any secondary use not described in this agreement except: a. for adaptive learning or customized student learning purposes; b. to market an educational application or product to a parent or legal guardian of a student if Contractor did not use Data, shared by or collected per this Contract, to market the educational application or product; c. to use a recommendation engine to recommend to a student i. content that relates to learning or employment, within the third-party contractor's internal application, if the recommendation is not motivated by payment or other consideration from another party; or
CHANGES IN EMERGENCY AND SERVICE CONTACT PERSONS In the event that the name or telephone number of any emergency or service contact for the Competitive Supplier changes, Competitive Supplier shall give prompt notice to the Town in the manner set forth in Article 18.3. In the event that the name or telephone number of any such contact person for the Town changes, prompt notice shall be given to the Competitive Supplier in the manner set forth in Article 18.3.
