Inconsistencies Between the Contract and FMLA. All terms which are not defined specifically in this Contract shall have the same meaning as those terms defined in the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, as amended, and its implementing regulations. If there are any inconsistencies between this Article VI, Section 7 and the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, as amended, the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, as amended, shall prevail.

  • Inconsistencies To the extent of any inconsistencies between the terms and conditions of this Amendment and the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Amendment shall prevail. When the grievance is eligible for initiation at Step 3, the grievance shall be filed on the grievance form contained in Appendix B of this Contract, setting forth specifically the facts on which the grievance is based, the specific provision(s) of the Contract allegedly violated, and the relief requested.
