Inconsistencies Between the Contract and FMLA. All terms which are not defined specifically in this Contract shall have the same meaning as those terms defined in the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, as amended, and its implementing regulations. If there are any inconsistencies between this Article VI, Section 7 and the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, as amended, the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, as amended, shall prevail.
