Inconsistencies; Preprinted Terms. To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between this Agreement and any Purchase Order, confirmation, acceptance or other similar document exchanged hereunder, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern. No preprinted terms of any Purchase Order, confirmation, acceptance or other similar document exchanged hereunder shall have any effect unless separately agreed to in writing by the Parties.
