Quantity Tolerances. Unless otherwise specified in the Sales Order, the Purchaser acknowledges WFP’s right to increase or decrease the quantity called for under the Sales Order by not more than 10%, if necessary to avoid waste, to avoid breaking customary shipping units, to meet minimum tariff requirements or size of equipment furnished, or to comply with governmental regulations.
Quantity Tolerances. Unless this order expressly requires reloading of exact quantities specified, all orders are subject to under-runs and over-runs of not more than 10%.

CWL has the right to ship the entire order at one time or any portion or portions thereof from time to time on one or more vessels under one or more bills of lading within the contract period. If an order calling for specific percentages of grade or dimensions is to be shipped on more than one vessel, CWL is not bound to ship an exact percentage on each but may ship the goods as convenient, provided that when the order has been completed the proper percentages have been shipped.
Quantity Tolerances. Unless another tolerance is agreed to by Seller in writing on the Order, the quantity tolerance applicable to each item of Goods specified on the order shall be the applicable standard quantity tolerance in effect at the time of shipment of such item or portion thereof.
Quantity Tolerances. Unless contrary to the import regulations of the receiving country, or unless loading exact volume is specified in this order, the described quantity may be increased or decreased by not more than ten percent.

Where Q water has contracted to manufacture goods which are other than its standard items, Q water reserves the right to vary the quantity delivered by a margin up to 10 percent (10%) in excess of the quantity ordered by the purchaser and to charge for this variation in quantity on a pro-rata basis.

An order for paper or paperboard outside the normal stock range of the seller shall be deemed to have been fulfilled in accordance with the contract if the seller delivers to the buyer goods that do not deviate from the contract quantity by more than the tolerances stipulated below. Where a delivery comprises several lots as defined in clause 5(a) each lot shall be considered separately.
