Common use of Inconsistent Terms Clause in Contracts

Inconsistent Terms. The provisions of this Section shall prevail over any inconsistent and less restrictive terms contained in any other Sections of this Agreement which would otherwise be applicable to the employment of the minor, but such terms shall be ineffective only to the extent of such inconsistency without invalidating the remainder of such Sections.
