Employment of Minors. 11.4.5(a) An employer shall not employ minors in any trade covered by the classification of this Award where the relevant state apprenticeship authority has prescribed such classifications as an apprenticeship trade.
Employment of Minors. The Employer does hereby agree not to employ any minors which shall constitute a violation of any provisions of the State or Fed eral statutes in such cases made and provided. The parties agree that, notwithstanding anything to the con trary contained in the collective bargaining agreement, part time employees under sixteen (16) years of age may be scheduled to work less than four (4) hours per day, but not less than three (3) hours per day, on those days and during those seasons (school year) when to do so would be a violation of law or regulation.
Employment of Minors. The parties recognize that special situations arise when minor children are employed. Accordingly, Producer agrees to provide SAG-AFTRA with prior notice of its intent to engage any Minors. Producer shall ensure that the performance environment is proper for the Minor and that the conditions of employment are not detrimental to the health, safety, education or to the morals of the Minor. Producer agrees to determine and comply with all applicable child labor laws governing the employment of the Minor(s). Producer’s employment of Minors shall be governed by an “Employment of Minors” rider to be attached to and deemed incorporated in this Agreement and in any Minor’s employment contract.
Employment of Minors. It is acknowledged that in performing the services as required of Producer hereunder, the services of performers who are minors may be required. In such event, and when specifically requested by Agency, Producer agrees to be the employer of record of such minors, and warrants and represents that it will comply with all applicable laws and regulations including Union regulations concerning such employment and will make full and proper payments to such minors. If there is any loss or damage to Agency or its clients due to work stoppage or otherwise arising out of Producer’s failure to obtain all necessary permissions or licenses in accordance with the above referenced applicable laws and regulations, Producer agrees to accept full responsibility for such failure and to indemnify Agency and its client for any losses, damages or expenses in connection therewith.
Employment of Minors. As a general rule, regular employees of the Company must be eighteen (21) years of age or older.

In such event Contractor agrees and warrants and represents that it will comply with all applicable laws and regulations including Union regulations concerning such employment. If there is any loss or damage to Agency or its clients due to work stoppage or otherwise arising out of Contractor’s failure to obtain from parents and/or legal guardians prior to commencement of production, all necessary permissions and/or licenses in accordance with the above referenced applicable laws and regulations, Contractor agrees to accept full responsibility for such failure and to indemnify Agency and its client for any losses, damages or expenses in connection therewith.

In such event, and when specifically requested by Purchaser, Supplier agrees to be the employer of record of such minors, and warrants and represents that it will comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning such employment, and will make full and proper payments to such minors. If there is any loss or damage to Purchaser or its Clients due to work stoppage or otherwise arising out of Supplier's failure to obtain all necessary permissions or licenses in accordance with the above-referenced applicable laws and regulations, Supplier agrees to accept full responsibility for such failure and to indemnify Purchaser and its Client to any losses, damages or expenses in connection therewith.
Employment of Minors. Issuance of entry permits for minors from the age of is conditional upon the presentation of a work permit issued by the Ministry of Labor. Employment of minors in the night is conditional upon presentation of a specific permit for night work.
