Common use of Incorporation by Reference; Conflict Clause in Contracts

Incorporation by Reference; Conflict. The provisions of the Agreement are hereby expressly incorporated by reference into and made a part of this Work Order. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Work Order and those of the Agreement, the terms of the Agreement shall take precedence and control over those of this Work Order unless the Work Order expressly and specifically states an intent to supersede the Agreement on a specific matter by reference. Unless otherwise specifically defined herein, each term used herein which is defined in the Agreement shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Agreement.
