ISDA Definitions Reference is hereby made to the 2000 ISDA Definitions (the “ISDA Definitions”) each as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc., which are hereby incorporated by reference herein. Any terms used and not otherwise defined herein which are contained in the ISDA Definitions shall have the meaning set forth therein.
Incorporation of Standard Terms Except as otherwise provided herein, all of the provisions of the Standard Terms are hereby incorporated herein by reference in their entirety, and this Series Supplement and the Standard Terms shall form a single agreement between the parties. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Series Supplement and the provisions of the Standard Terms, the provisions of this Series Supplement will control with respect to the Series 2001-1 Certificates and the transactions described herein.
Incorporation of Recitals; Definitions The foregoing recitals are incorporated herein. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given such terms in the Agreement.
Incorporation of defined terms (a) Unless a contrary indication appears, a term defined in the Original Facility Agreement has the same meaning in this Agreement.
Incorporation of Schedules The Schedules identified in this Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof.
Incorporation of Recitals; Defined Terms The parties hereto acknowledge that the Recitals set forth above are true and correct in all material respects. The defined terms in the Recitals set forth above are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference. All other capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the same meanings herein as such terms have in the Credit Agreement.
