Definitions and Provisions. 1. A grievance is a claim that there has been a violation or misapplication of any provision of this agreement.
2. A grievant is a member of the bargaining unit or the Association alleging there has been a violation or misapplication of a specific provision of the agreement. The Association may be present at the adjustment of any grievance at any level for the purpose of ensuring that the adjustment is not inconsistent with the terms of this agreement.
3. A day shall mean work days during the regular school year. During the summer months, "days" mean calendar days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.

POLICY GRIEVANCE - a complaint by an employee or group of employees that she/he (or they) has (have) been treated inequitably by reason of any act or condition which is contrary to established employment relations, Board policy, or practice governing or affecting employees.
2. CONTRACT GRIEVANCE - a complaint by an employee or group of employees that there has been to him/her (or them) a violation of or incorrect interpretation of any provision(s) of the contract.
3. AGGRIEVED OR GRIEVANT - the person or persons who has (have) the grievance or is (are) presenting the complaint.
4. IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR - the person who has direct administrative or supervisory responsibilities over the aggrieved or the authority to resolve the grievance.
5. EMPLOYEE - a classified employee in the bargaining unit.
6. REPRESENTATIVE - an Association or District designated person who may speak for and/or advise the party in interest. The Board acknowledges the right of the aggrieved and/or the Association to have the Association grievance representative and/or Association legal counsel in the processing of the grievance at all levels and that no employee may be required to discuss any grievance without such representative or counsel. Any and all time limits specified in the grievance procedure may be waived by mutual agreement of the parties. Failure by the District to submit a reply within the specified time limits shall permit the aggrieved to proceed to the next level. For purposes of this Article, "working days" shall mean Monday through Friday, normal District business days. Grievances extending beyond the regular school year shall be processed as expediently as possible until completed.

The Card allows Cardholder to withdraw /transfer cash using the Card up to a maximum of 30% of the Credit Limit allowed by the Bank, while the cash withdrawal shall not exceed SR 5,000 per a withdrawal transaction or per a single day, as the same may be amended, within or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Bank may modify cash withdrawal fees subject to Paragraph (3) of Article 17. The Customer may withdraw and/or transfer cash using the credit card according to the registered means of communication specified by the Bank, including but not limited to: withdrawal from ATM machines using the Personal Identification Number (PIN) provided by the Bank and/or transferring via the alternative channels. The Customer hereby authorizes the Bank to debit/credit amount withdrawn and/or transferred to his Card Account plus any fees charged by the Bank. Definitions and Provisions. A grievance is defined as a complaint by a faculty member or the Faculty Council of an alleged violation of a specific section of this Agreement. If any such grievance arises, there shall be no individual or concerted stoppages or suspensions of work because of such grievance, but such grievance shall be submitted under the following grievance and/or arbitration procedures. Grievances filed by the Faculty Council must be filed with the knowledge of the faculty member(s) involved. While the Faculty Council is the exclusive representative of all employees in the unit, any individual employee or a group of employees may at any time initiate grievances pursuant to this Article and then have them remedied without the intervention of the Faculty Council as long as the remedy is not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, provided that the Faculty Council has been given an opportunity to be present at any meeting to determine such remedy.
