Common use of Incorporation of Annual Business Plans into the JWA Business Plan Clause in Contracts

Incorporation of Annual Business Plans into the JWA Business Plan. Upon a draft Annual Business Plan being approved in accordance with this Clause 7, or an approved Annual Business Plan being validly varied or updated in accordance with this Clause 7, the JWA Business Plan shall be deemed to have been amended on and with effect from the date of the same insofar as such amendments to the JWA Business Plan are necessary in order to ensure that the JWA Business Plan is fully consistent, and does not conflict, with the Annual Business Plan. The contents of the Annual Business Plan shall be deemed to have been consolidated into the JWA Business Plan automatically from time to time in accordance with this Clause 7.4.3.
