Incorporation of ISP 1998 and conditions of Application. The Account Party agrees that the International Standby Practices, International Chamber of Commerce Publication No 590, 1998 and the conditions of the relevant Application shall apply to each Letter of Credit. In the case of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement on the one hand and that publication and/or of the Application on the other, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
