Incorporation Of The Rules Of The Minneapolis Civil Service Commission. The parties to this Agreement expressly recognize that certain terms and conditions of employment are governed by the Rules of the City of Minneapolis Civil Service Commission and that the Rules of the City of Minneapolis Civil Service Commission, except where specifically superseded by this Agreement, shall be considered to be part of this Agreement. Both parties agree that they will abide by those Rules for the term of this Agreement and any extensions thereof. The parties agree that if the Civil Service Commission changes or adds to its Rules in such a way as to conflict with any express provision of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
