Incorporations, Mergers, Acquisitions, and Other Changes in Attaching Party’s Legal Identity. When the legal identity or status of Attaching Party changes, whether by incorporation, reincorporation, merger, acquisition, or otherwise, such change shall be treated as an assignment subject to the provisions of this article.
