Incorporations of Specific Federal Requirements. Specifically, and without limitation, the Subrecipient agrees to comply with the federal requirements set forth in this article (“Specific Federal Requirements”) and agrees to require, unless specifically exempted, subrecipients (if authorized) and third-party contractors at every tier to comply with the same.
