Incoterms. The latest edition of Incoterms (currently Incoterms 2010) shall apply to all purchases from overseas and the relevant Incoterm shall be the one referred to in the Purchase Order. Where there is any conflict between the Purchase Order or these conditions and the Incoterms, the Purchase Order and these conditions shall prevail.
