Common use of Increase in Base Salary Clause in Contracts

Increase in Base Salary. The Agreement is hereby amended, effective as of February 7, 2021, by adding the following sentence to the end of Section 3(a): “Effective as of February 7, 2021, Executive’s base salary is increased to five hundred thousand U.S. dollars ($500,000.00) per annum.”

Increase in Base Salary.
