Common use of Increase in Maximum Credit Clause in Contracts

Increase in Maximum Credit. Administrative Borrower may, at any time, deliver a written request to Agent to increase the Maximum Credit. Any such written request shall specify the amount of the increase in the Maximum Credit that Borrowers are requesting; provided, that, (i) in no event shall the aggregate amount of any such increase in the Maximum Credit cause the Maximum Credit to exceed $175,000,000, (ii) such request shall be for an increase of not less than $10,000,000, and (iii) in no event shall the Maximum Credit be increased more than four (4) times during the term hereof.
