Common use of Increase Total Commitment Clause in Contracts

Increase Total Commitment. The Company has the right, twice prior to the initial Termination Date (and, if the Termination Date is extended pursuant to Section 2.21, twice following such extension), to increase the total of the Commitments through a Request for Alteration, in minimum increments of $25,000,000, up to a maximum aggregate of Commitments of $2,000,000,000, provided that, in addition to the requirements specified in Section 2.19(b), at the time of and after giving effect to an increase, TBC’s long-term senior unsecured non-credit-enhanced debt ratings from Xxxxx’x and S&P are better than or equal to Baa1 and BBB+, respectively.
