INCREASED COST CLAIMS A Bank. intending to make a claim pursuant to Clause 20.1 (Increased Costs) shall notify the Facility Agent in reasonable detail of the event by reason of which it is entitled to do so, whereupon the Facility Agent shall notify the Principal Company thereof Provided that nothing herein shall require such Bank to disclose any confidential information relating to the organisation of its affairs.
