Increased Costs Claims A Bank. intending to make a claim pursuant to Clause 12.1 (Increased Costs) shall notify the Agent of the event giving rise to such claim and the amount of such claim and the basis for calculation of such amount in reasonable detail whereupon the Agent shall notify the Account Party thereof.
