Common use of Increased Limits Clause in Contracts

Increased Limits. If, during the life of this Agreement, the legislature of the State of New Mexico increases the maximum limits of liability under the Tort Claims Act (NMSA 1978, Sections 41-4-1 through 41-4-27 (1976 as amended)), SSCAFCA may require Contractor to increase the maximum limits of any insurance required herein. In the event that Contractor is so required to increase the limits of such insurance, an appropriate adjustment in the Agreement amount will be made.
